Wheel bearing went out on me and had my vehicle towed here, great response time and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Prices are a bit steep but what isn’t expensive these days. Would go back again.

We had a quick turnaround time and are very pleased with the great service by mechanics who care. It’s never fun when things wear out, but when they do, it’s good to have these guys in your corner.

I have used TGK Plymouth for the maintenance of all three of my vehicles over the years and have generally had positive experiences. However, my most recent visit has left me disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Shortly after leaving the shop, I noticed a loud noise while driving. I immediately called the shop and returned. It was determined that the splash shield underneath the vehicle had not been properly secured and was dragging on the ground. What concerned me most was not the mistake itself, as errors can happen. Rather, it was the response I received from the technician. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he claimed that a dealership had previously performed an oil change and had failed to install three bolts, which supposedly caused the splash shield to come loose. I find this explanation difficult to accept. I have driven the vehicle approximately 5,000 miles since the last oil change without any issues. Furthermore, if three bolts were indeed missing, I would expect this to have been noticed and brought to my attention during the service inspection before the vehicle was returned to me. I had an issue with my gas tank; it was leaking. They quoted me the price and I agreed to the fix. When I picked the vehicle up, I didn’t get far before I noticed the check engine light and the oil light were coming on; both lights I would’ve expected to see gone after being fixed. I contacted the shop and they asked me to bring it back to them. The gentleman was very nice and he said he forgot to clear my check engine light warning so I waited while he worked on that. I asked about the oil light, he said he would check it and he did in front of me in the parking lot… I saw the dipstick my tank was empty! They did apologize and say they forgot to check the oil, but as I was leaving the guy said “sorry we should have recommended you get an oil change too” which made me do a double take. I paid like $800 for repairs and issues relating to a leaky oil tank and no one checked my oil. They sent me home on an empty tank and had that check engine line not been on, I am sure they would’ve tried to charge to put oil in the vehicle. Maybe it’s just me, but if a vehicle is majorly leaking oil to the point I am told I need to replace the spark plugs surrounding the oil tank, you would think

As a single woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating dealing with car repairs, but the team helped me were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, professional, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured or confused. I truly appreciated the honesty and great service.
